卡维地洛与美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭

Carvedilol and Metoprolol in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure

目的分析卡维地洛与美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年1月—2018年8月接收的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者124例作为研究对象。按照药物使用情况,将其分为卡维地洛组与美托洛尔组。观察两组患者的心功能水平改善情况与治疗效果。结果卡维地洛组心功能水平改善情况与治疗效果均优于美托洛尔组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论作为β受体阻滞剂在慢性充血性心力衰竭患者治疗中应用卡维地洛与美托洛尔均能有效改善患者心功能水平,但卡维地洛对患者心功能水平改善效果以及临床治疗效果更显著,可作为慢性充血性心力衰竭患者临床治疗的首选药物。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of carvedilol and metoprolol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 124 patients with chronic congestive heart failure received in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the drug use,they were divided into carvedilol group and metoprolol group.To observe the improvement of cardiac function and therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The improvement of cardiac function and therapeutic effect of carvedilol group were better than metoprolol group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Carvedilol and metoprolol as β-blockers can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure,but carvedilol can improve the cardiac function of patients and the clinical effect is more remarkable,and can be used as the first choice for clinical treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
