应用品管圈降低复用器械回收差错率

Application of Quality Control Circle to Reduce Recycling Error Rate of Multiplexed Instruments

目的观察并探讨品管圈在手术室护理中应用的临床效果及复用器械回收差错情况。方法选取我院2016年4月—2018年4月收治的行手术治疗的126例患者作为研究对象。按照临床护理措施,将所有患者分为对照组(63例)与实验组(63例)。对两组患者复用器械回收差错及护理满意度进行观察与比较。结果两组患者经过系统科学的管理后,实验组中患者术后感染率、消毒供应中心工作差错发生率、复用器械回收差错率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度为93.65%,对照组为71.43%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在手术室治疗中应用品管圈具有显著临床效果,能够有效降低复用器械回收差错率。

Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of quality control circle in operation room nursing and the recovery error of reusable instruments.Methods 126 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the clinical nursing measures,all patients were divided into control group (63 cases) and experimental group (63 cases).The recovery errors of reusable instruments and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After systematic and scientific management,the infection rate after operation,the work error rate of disinfection supply center and the recovery error rate of reusable instruments in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.65% and that of the control group was 71.43%.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the operation room has a significant clinical effect,can effectively reduce the error rate of reused instruments recovery.
