多学科护理对妊娠糖尿病并子痫前期的影响

The Effect of Preventive Nursing Under Multidisciplinary Cooperation on the Incidence of Severe Preeclampsia in Patients With Gestational Diabetes

目的探究多学科合作下预防护理对妊娠糖尿病患者重度子痫前期发生率的影响。方法选取2014年6月—2016年9月我院收治的确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的120例患者作为研究对象。根据护理干预方案不同,将其分为两组。其中,对照组患者(n=55)进行常规护理,研究组患者(n=65)则接受多学科合作下的预防护理干预控制患者的血糖、血脂与体质量指数。对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理干预后的空腹血糖、血脂指标和身体质量指数,比较两组患者的重度子痫前期的发生率。结果研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理干预后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、身体质量指数、TC和TG水平均低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者GDM并发PE的发生率低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多学科合作下预防护理干预可明显改善妊娠糖尿病患者的血脂相关指标,控制血糖水平在合理范围,降低重度子痫前期的发病率。

Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing under multidisciplinary cooperation on the incidence of severe preeclampsia in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 120 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different nursing intervention schemes,they were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group (n=55) received routine nursing.The patients in the study group (n=65) received preventive nursing intervention under multidisciplinary cooperation to control blood sugar,blood lipid and body mass index.The nursing satisfaction,fasting blood sugar,blood lipid index and body mass index after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of severe preeclampsia was compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the levels of fasting blood sugar,body mass index,TC and TG in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of GDM complicated with PE in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-disciplinary cooperation in preventive nursing intervention can significantly improve blood lipid related indicators in patients with gestational diabetes,control blood sugar levels in a reasonable range,reduce the incidence of severe preeclampsia.
