新生儿肺炎实施抚触护理的效果

The Effect of Touching Nursing on Neonatal Pneumonia

目的了解新生儿肺炎实施抚触护理的效果。方法将我院收集2017年1月—2018年1月的160例新生儿肺炎患儿随机分为两组。常规护理组采用护理常规方法,抚触护理服务组采用抚触护理。比较两组满意率;新生儿治疗顺应性评分、住院时间;护理前后新生儿面部痛苦表情指标;烦躁发生率。结果抚触护理服务组满意率、新生儿治疗顺应性评分、住院时间、烦躁发生率方面相较常规护理组更好,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理前,两组新生儿面部痛苦表情指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);护理后,抚触护理服务组新生儿面部痛苦表情指标的改善幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎患儿实施抚触护理效果理想。

Objective To understand the effect of nursing care for neonatal pneumonia.Methods 160 cases of neonatal pneumonia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Routine nursing group adopted routine nursing methods.Touching nursing service group adopted touch nursing.The satisfaction rate of the two groups;neonatal treatment compliance score,the incidence of irritability, hospitalization time;neonatal facial distress index before and after nursing were compared.Results The satisfaction rate,neonatal treatment compliance score,hospitalization time and incidence of irritability in touch nursing service group were better than those in routine nursing group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in facial distress expression between the two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,the improvement of facial distress expression index of neonates in touch nursing service group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Children with neonatal pneumonia have an ideal effect of touching care.
