Strategic Evaluation of Power Grid Companies Based on Interval Combination Weighting Method

2018年国家电网公司提出新的战略愿景,对省级电网公司发展规划提出了新的要求。本文在全面制定该省电网公司战略指标体系的基础上,提出通过区间组合的方式将定量化的熵权法和定性化的层次分析法结合,以此确定各指标对上级指标的影响权重;并通过线性加权的方式计算各样本得分;探究了不同地区的战略执行优势和短板以及各地区战略执行的优劣;最终发现了影响公司战略总目标的最主要的因素是资产结构和公司业绩。

In 2018, the State Grid Corporation proposed, the new vision,which requires the provincial grid companies actively respond to the national grid development plan. On the basis of comprehensively formulating the strategic index system of the grid company, this paper proposes to combine the quantitative entropy weight method and the qualitative analytic hierarchy method by means of interval combination to determine the influence weight of each index on the superior index, and calculates the scores of each sample by linear weighting, then it explores the strategic implementation advantages and shortcomings of different regions and the advantages and disadvantages of regional implementation. In the end, it is found that the most important factors affecting the overall strategic goals of the company are asset structure and company performance.
