京津冀协同发展下大学生就业促进机制研究——以河北为例

Study on the Employment Promotion Mechanism of College Students under the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei --- Taking Hebei Province As an Example

人才资源是促进区域社会经济发展的根本要素,高校毕业生是人才资源的主力军。京津冀协同发展为河北省高校毕业生就业带来了机遇,同时也提供了挑战。河北省要以京津冀协同发展为依托,加快产业结构的调整和升级,增强学科专业设置的科学性和合理性,加强区域间的“产学研合作”,打通人才资源的聚集、流通渠道,以推动河北省高校毕业生实现更高质量的就业。

Human resource is the essential factor to promote the development of regional society and economy, college graduates are the main force of human resources. Coordinated development of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei has brought opportunities and challenges to College graduates in Hebei Province. Hebei Province should take coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as support, accelerate the adjustment, upgrade the industrial structure, strengthen the scientific and rational of the subject setting, strengthen industrial-academic-research cooperation between areas, and open up the gathering and distribution channels of talent resources. In this way,it can promote higher quality employment of college graduates in Hebei Province.
