摘要
随着时代的不断发展,各行各业都处于飞速发展阶段,企业的数量和规模与日俱增,产业链的多元性和复杂性也随之提高。然而,用人单位和劳动者之间的劳动关系随着企业规模的扩大而遇到更多问题。笔者通过阐述劳动关系的定义及特征,提出了建立健全企业规章制度、营造健康的企业文化、建立良好的信用体系等构建新型和谐的劳动关系的建议,以促进企业和谐发展。
With the continuous development of the times, all walks of life are in the stage of rapid development, the number and scale of companies are increasing day by day, and the diversity and complexity of the industrial chain are also increasing. However, with the expansion of enterprise scale, the labor relations between employers and the employees encounter more problems. By elaborating the definition and characteristics of labor relations, this paper puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to construct a new type of harmonious labor relations, so as to promote the harmonious development of enterprises.
