浅谈反射波位移在铁路货车轮座镶入部超声波探伤中的影响

摘要 通过对反射波位移的产生进行论述,采用几种不同角度对轮座镶入部超声波斜探头探伤测量对比分析,研究了反射波位移是否对轮座镶入部的超声波探伤产生影响。结果表明,标定过程中,对于K1.0和K1.3探头,反射波位移产生的误差很小,几乎可忽略不计;对于K1.4探头,由于探头实际接收到的声波并不来自于主声束,最终导致产生较大的负偏差。 By discussing the generation of reflected wave displacement and using several transverse wave probes with different angles for measurement and comparative analysis, this paper studies whether the reflected wave displacement has an effect on the ultrasonic flaw detection of wheel seat insert part. The results show that, for K1.0 and K1.3 probes, the error of reflected wave displacement is very small and negligible, for the K1.4 probe, the reflected wave displacement has a large negative deviation because the actual sound wave received by the probe does not come from the main sound beam.
