摘要
养殖场内通风可以起到调节场舍内的温度及通风换气、除湿作用。笔者对两缸斯特林发动机进行创新应用,将两缸结构设计为三缸结构,白天利用集热器收集热量,加热改进后的三缸斯特林发动机内的气体带动其运转;晚上利用太阳能加热的热水供能,使热气缸内气体压力上升,推动活塞运动做功,并由曲柄连杆将运动传递到飞轮风扇,实现风扇连续运动,达到改善大型养殖场的通风换气效果。
Ventilation can regulate the temperature and humidity of farms. In this paper, the innovative application of Stirling two-cylinder engine is introduced. The structure of two-cylinder engine is designed as three-cylinder structure. The improved three-cylinder engine is heated by using solar collector to collect heat during the day, which drives its operation. In the evening, the hot water heated by solar energy is used to supply energy, so that the gas pressure in the hot cylinder rises and the piston moves to work. The motion is transmitted to the flywheel fan by crank connecting rod, which realizes the continuous movement of the fan and improves the ventilation effect of large-scale farms.
