摘要
城轨车辆的组装作为车辆制造的关键过程,其工艺直接影响到车辆的品质及成本。各城市轨道交通车辆制造企业必须对原有的车辆制造工艺进行优化,才能实现更大的社会与经济效益。笔者介绍了城轨车辆组装工艺流程,针对制定工艺流程时应考虑的装配关系和空间问题2个因素,提出通过安装及调整顶板、门立罩、脚踏板等方式对工艺流程及人员配置进行优化。
As a key process in urban rail vehicles manufacturing,assembly technology directly affects the quality and cost of vehicles. In order to achieve greater social and economic benefits,manufacturers of urban rail vehicles should optimize the original manufacturing process. This paper summarizes and analyzes the assembly technology of urban rail vehicles,and puts forward suggestions on the optimization of process and personnel allocation.
