摘要
基于机械制造车间的生产业务与流程特点,论述了生产管理系统的总体结构与数据库的设计方法,对系统中的一些关键技术,如工艺流程CAD模型、生产质量管理、生产任务分配等进行了研究,开发了机械制造车间生产管理系统。应用结果表明,该系统实现了以工艺流程图为核心的各项生产信息实时更新和生产任务自动流转的信息化管理。
According to the characteristics of overall business and process flow,the general system structure and the database design method were detailed,the key technologies of process flow CAD model,production quality management and production task allocation were described in detail,and then the production management system of mechanical manufacturing workshop was proposed. Through practical application,the system has realized the information management functions of production information real-time update and production tasks automatic flow with the core of process flow diagram.
