摘要 针对当前中职生的群体特征,江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校提出激发学生成长潜能的"潜能德育",利用中华优秀传统文化中育人的积极因素,构建并实施"魅力文化"活动课程体系,通过魅力经典、魅力讲堂、魅力曲艺、魅力技艺、魅力社团、魅力影视、魅力体验、魅力榜样、魅力自省等课程活动,促进学生从自信到自律,从自立走向自强,实现生命自觉。 In view of the group characteristics of secondary vocational school students, Jiangsu Yangzhou Tourism & Business Vocational School proposes "potential moral education" to stimulate the students’ growth potential. It uses the positive factors of educating people in excellent traditional Chinese culture to construct and implement the "charm culture" activity curriculum system. Through the course activities such as charm classics, charm lectures, charm folk art, charm skills, charm associations, charm movies, charm experience, charismatic example and charismatic introspection, it promotes the students from self-confidence to self-discipline, from self-reliance to self-improvement, and helps them realize the self-consciousness of life.
