挖掘传统文化励志故事 提高职校学生职业素养——以《红楼梦》人物故事为例

摘要 弘扬优秀传统文化是思想政治课的重要职责之一。《红楼梦》作为中华优秀传统文化的代表,为思想政治课教学提供了丰富的原料。本文阐述了教师在职业生涯规划课程中,挖掘《红楼梦》中的人物励志故事,从职业生涯发展的角度进行解读,从讲王熙凤故事,感悟职业价值;析贾宝玉故事,反思生涯规划;探刘姥姥故事,立创业梦想等三个方面展示了传统文化与教育教学的融合,取得良好的教学效果。既有利于中华优秀传统文化的传承和发扬,又有利于中职生核心素养的落地。 Excellent traditional culture is one of the important duties of ideological and political course. As a representative of Chinese excellent traditional culture, The Story of the Stone provides abundant raw materials for ideological and political course teaching. This paper elaborates that in the course of career planning, the teachers explore the inspirational stories of the characters in The Story of the Stone and interpret them from the perspective of career development. By telling WANG Xifeng’s stories to realize the career value, analyzing JIA Baoyu’s stories to reflect on career planning, and exploring Grandma Liu’s stories to set up entrepreneurial dreams, they show the integration of traditional culture and education and teaching, and achieve good results. The teaching effect is not only conducive to the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture, but also conducive to the cultivation of secondary vocational students’ professional accomplishment.
