基于诊断与改进的课堂教学质量保证制度体系运行保障机制研究——以江苏省南通中等专业学校为例

Research on the Operational Guarantee Mechanism of Classroom Teaching Quality Assurance System Based on the Diagnosis and Improvement: A Case Study

随着学校教学诊断与改进工作不断推进和深化,一些在教学质量管理中的深层问题逐渐显现出来,主要是在上课管理规范方面,备课制度执行方面,听课评课制度方面,教学大赛评比制度上。针对这些问题,学校在改进工作中进一步强化相关教学要求,出台和细化相应管理制度,明确教学大赛常态化,改革教学评价标准和依据。

With the continuous progress and deepening of school teaching diagnosis and improvement, some deep -seated problems in teaching quality management have gradually emerged, mainly in the aspects of classroom management specifications, the implementation of lesson preparation system, the system of listening and evaluating lessons, and the evaluation system of teaching contests. In view of these problems, the school further strengthens the relevant teaching requirements in the improvement work, promulgates and refines the corresponding management system, clarifies the normalization of teaching contests, and reforms the teaching evaluation criteria and basis.
