枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺囊性增生症的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of tamoxifen citrate tablets in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of the breast

目的探讨枸缘酸他莫昔芬片在治疗乳腺囊性增生症中的临床疗效。方法选取在本院接受治疗的乳腺囊性增生患者88例作为研究对象,对患者进行编号,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组应用乳癖消治疗,观察组应用枸缘酸他莫昔芬片治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果与不良反应情况。结果对照组患者临床治疗总有效率与不良反应率分别为68.18%、6.81%,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率与不良反应率分别为95.45%、11.36%,在临床疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不良反应率方面观察组虽高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义。结论应用枸缘酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺囊性增生症临床疗效显著,但不良反应率相对较多,临床用药应根据患者情况选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tamoxifen sputum in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of the breast. Methods Eightyeight patients with cystic hyperplasia of the breast who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The patients were numbered and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with chylomicron. The treatment of tamoxifen rimmed tablets was used to compare the clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the control group were 68.18% and 6.81%, respectively. The total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were 95.45% and 11.36%, respectively. The difference in clinical efficacy was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of tamoxifen sputum in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of the breast is significant, but the adverse reaction rate is relatively high. The clinical medication should be selected according to the patient' s condition.
