胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常的价值评价

Value evaluation of amiodarone combined with betaloc in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia

目的评价胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常的价值。方法本次实验选择的观察对象为2016年7月至2018年5月本院收治的86例室性心律失常患者,依据单双号法的分组方式分为两组,对照组(n=43)应用倍他乐克治疗,研究组(n=43)在对照组治疗基础上联合胺碘酮治疗,对两组临床治疗效果、24 h室性期前收缩总次数、短阵室性心动过速发作次数、安全性进行比较。结果将两组治疗总有效率进行统计比较,研究组患者相比于对照组明显升高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组24 h室性期前收缩总次数、短阵室性心动过速发作次数给予比较,研究组比对照组明显减少,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论胺碘酮联合倍他乐克急诊治疗室性心律失常可在短时间内快速改善患者临床症状,效果确切,安全性高,值得作为理想的治疗方法广泛应用于临床。

Objective To evaluate the value of amiodarone combined with betaloc in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Eightysix patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were divided into two groups according to the singledouble method. The control group (n=43) application of betaloc treatment, the study group (n=43) combined with amiodarone treatment on the basis of the control group, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups, the total number of ventricular premature contractions in 24 h, short ventricular tachycardia.The number of episodes and safety were compared. Results The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically compared. The patients in the study group were significantly higher than the control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P<0.05). The total number of systolic systolic and short-term systolics in the two groups. The number of ventricular tachycardia episodes was compared. The study group was significantly lower than the control group. There was significant statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with betaloc emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a short period of time, the effect is clear, the safety is high, it is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice as an ideal treatment.
