美罗培南联合醒脑静注射液治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床研究

Clinical study on meropenem combined with xingnaojing injection in the treatment of purulent meningitis in children

目的研究美罗培南联合醒脑静注射液治疗小儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月于本院接受治疗的小儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿46例,对所有患儿均进行常规治疗,在此基础上把患儿平均分为两组,其中对照组23例,在常规治疗基础上使用醒脑静注射液对患儿进行静脉滴注,观察组23例,在对照组治疗基础上联合美罗培南对患儿进行静脉滴注,分析治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率、症状、体征改善时间以及血清、脑脊液TNF-α、CRP水平改善情况均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿并发症发生率的差异无统计学意义。结论在对小儿化脓性脑膜炎患儿进行治疗时,在对患儿进行常规治疗的基础上使用美罗培南联合醒脑静对患儿进行治疗能够取得更好的治疗效果,患儿的临床症状和生命体征均能够得到快速改善,血清、脑脊液TNF-α、CRP水平也能够得到显著改善,患儿的治疗有效率能够获得显著提升,并发症发生率比较低,是一种较为理想的小儿化脓性脑膜炎治疗方式,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of meropenem combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of purulent meningitis in children. Methods 46 children with suppurative meningitis in our hospital in January 2018 in January 2016 were selected and all children were treated with routine treatment. On this basis, the children were divided into two groups, including 23 cases in the control group, with intravenous infusion of Xingnaojing Injection on children on the basis of conventional treatment, and 23 cases in the observation group. On the basis of the control group, meropenem was given intravenously to the children, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The improvement of serum and cerebrospinal fluid TNF- alpha and CRP in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups. Conclusion In the treatment of children with suppurative meningitis, the treatment of children with meropenem combined with Xingnaojing can achieve better therapeutic effects on children with suppurative meningitis. The clinical symptoms and vital signs of the children can be improved quickly, the level of serum and cerebrospinal fluid TNF- A and CRP can be obtained. It can also be improved significantly. The treatment efficiency of children can be improved significantly and the incidence of complications is low. It is an ideal method for the treatment of purulent meningitis in children and has a high clinical value.
