摘要
通过对全液体空分装置高低温膨胀流程进行不同的流路组织,经过对膨胀机组运行特点和换热器换热情况的分析比较,对不同的运行负荷要求如何选择更合适的流程形式做出了可行性的建议以达到能耗最优化的目的。
Different flow path organization is carried out for the high and low temperature expansion process of the total liquid product air separation units, through the analysis and comparison of the operation characteristics of expansion units and the heat exchange situation of heat exchanger, suggestions on how to choose a more suitable process form for different operating load requirements are maked to achieve the goal of energy consumption optimization.
