Development Ideas and Implementation Strategies of Optimizing Rural Tourism under Agricultural Supply-side Reform

农业供给侧改革是习近平新时代建设有中国特色社会主义思想在"三农"领域的具体体现,借势农业供给侧改革,优化乡村旅游的发展,真正建设美丽乡村和落实乡村振兴战略是一个时代课题.通过研究农业供给侧改革与乡村旅游优化发展的内在逻辑关系,提出农业供给侧改革下优化乡村旅游"规划先行"、"因地制宜"、"市场为基"、"文化为根"、"体验之情"的"PLMCE"的发展思路,并在此基础上提出"树‘规’范"、"有‘土’味"、"走‘市’途"、"做‘文’章"、"重‘感’情"的优化发展乡村旅游的建议和策略.

Agricultural supply-side reform is the concrete embodiment of Xi Jinping's thought ofbuilding socialism with Chinese characteristics in the field of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new era. It is a task of the times to take advantage of the reform of agricultural supply-side,optimize the development of rural tourism,truly build beautiful countryside and implement the strategy of rural revitalization. By studying the internal logical relationship between the reform of agricultural supply side and the optimal development of rural tourism,this paper puts forward the development ideas of "PLMCE" for optimizing rural tourism under the reform of agricultural supply side,such as "planning first","adapting measures to local conditions","market-based","culture-based" and "feeling of experience". On this basis,it puts forward the development ideas of "set rules","vernacular flavor""marketpath""cultural articles" and "emphasizing feelings".
