产教融合背景下,落实立德树人根本任务、培养全面发展的大学生决定了高校德育必须要有实效性与针对性,自然要求高校德育建立与完善协同育人机制,主动接受经济全球化伴随的机遇与挑战.站在产教融合背景下高校为社会培育具有"工匠精神"的高素质劳动者的战略高度,高校制定切实可行的顶层设计,整合教育资源,举多方联动之力形成德育协同育人的合力,打破传统的孤军奋战的局面,实现"供"与"求"的精准对接.

Implementing the core mission of moral education and training the all-round development of undergraduates decide universities must have a real and specific moral education against the background of industry-education integration,which demands that universities should establish and complete the cooperative education mechanism and accept the opportunity and challenge in the context of economic globalization. Under the background of industry-education integration,universities develop the high-quality laborers with the artisan spirit and enact reasonable top design,which also integrate educational resource and make all the aspects combined to be turned into the strength of cooperative education,breaking the traditional situation of facing struggle alone and achieving precise connection between supply and demand.
