摘要
以“控制分散,管理集中”为基本控制思想的DCS控制系统,通过面向客户端的控制语言提升了操作人员使用的便捷度。通过模块的分散设置降低了危险系数,通过冗余结构与白诊断技术的使用提升了系统的可靠性,通过模块处理的通讯方式减少了现场及配备设备的接线,通过中央控制室的设置实现了所有机组设备的监控,通过画面式图像实现的使用来改善了人机联系,故自20世纪90年代开始广泛应用于火电厂。但传统DCS控制系统在火电厂实际应用中存在诸多问题,如对收集到的历史数据库保存的时间非常短,严重影响了系统对机组出现故障时进行具体分析的作用以及对历史信息数据保存的需求,对传统DCS控制系统进行优化升级为本文的研究出发点。
DCS control system based on“ decentralized control and centralized management” improves the convenience of operators through client-oriented control language, reduces the risk factor through the decentralized setting of modules, improves the reliability of the system through redundancy structure and the use of white diagnosis technology, and reduces the field and equipment through the communication mode of module processing. Equipment wiring, through the central control room set up to achieve the monitoring of all units and equipment, through the use of pictorial image to improve man-machine contact, so since the 1990s began to be widely used in thermal power plants. However, there are many problems in the practical application of traditional DCS control system in thermal power plants, such as the very short time to save the collected historical database data, which seriously affects the system’s specific analysis function in case of unit failure and the demand for historical information data preservation. Therefore, the optimization and upgrading of traditional DCS control system becomes the starting point of this paper.
