预制铁塔基础的可行性分析

摘要 随着经济建设的飞速发展,电网发展也是突飞猛进。传统的铁塔基础施工是现场扎筋支模,然后用混凝土浇筑。养生期过后方可组塔施工,施工的连续性受到了限制。钢筋混凝土铁塔基础分体预制,现场组装,可起到缩短工期,提高工作效率的效果。而解决这一问题的关键是如何保证组装后的基础能够满足原有的技术要求。高科技日新月异,能够满足高强度粘结且不低于原设计强度要求的技术层出不穷。目前高强度砼界面粘结剂在高架桥,高铁,隧道等工程领域已得到广泛应用,是混凝土与混凝土之间;混凝土与钢板之间有效的粘结方式。 With the rapid development of economic construction, the development of power grid is also advancing by leaps and bounds. The traditional construction of iron tower foundation is to tie reinforcement formwork on site and then pour concrete. Tower construction can be built after the curing period, and the continuity of construction is limited. Reinforced concrete tower foundation and split prefabricated site assembly can shorten the construction period and improve work efficiency. The key to solve this problem is how to ensure that the foundation after assembly can meet the original technical requirements. With the rapid development of high technology, technologies that can meet the requirements of high strength bonding and not less than the original design strength emerge in endlessly. At present, high-strength concrete interface binder has been widely used in the field of viaduct, high-speed railway, tunnel and other engineering fields, which is an effective bonding mode between concrete and concrete, and between concrete and steel plate.
