智能电网背景下供电公司构建调度自动化系统的思考

摘要 随着国家电网在全国六大区域性电网中大力推行智能电网的建设,现代供电体系和配电自动化业务体系各种工作的开展均奠定在调度自动化系统的稳定运行上。但电网调度业务的自动化程度在不少供电公司还有待提高,现有的SCADA系统成为电网调度工作人员各项业务开展的主要平台,该系统功能重点在于采集电网运行状态数据,而远程调度方面还相对欠缺。本文着重研究在智能电网背景下构建完善的调度自动化系统。 With the vigorous implementation of smart grid construction in the six major regional power grids in China, the development of modern power supply system and distribution automation business system is based on the stable operation of dispatching automation system. However, the automation degree of power grid dispatching business needs to be improved in many power supply companies. The existing SCADA system has become the main platform for power grid dispatching staff to carry out various business. The function of the system is mainly to collect the data of power grid operation status, while the remote dispatching is relatively inadequate. Therefore, under the background of smart grid, the construction of a perfect dispatching automation system becomes the research of this paper. The starting point.
