供电局是通过输配电装置将电能安全、连续、稳定地销售给众多客户,以满足其经济建设或生活用电需要的机构,与每个人的生活均息息相关。然而,现如今我国的供电公司在基于风险控制的预警机制方面仍存在诸多问题。本文试分析基于风险控制的供电局预警机制的涵义,以及供电局基于风险控制的建立预警机制的必要性和基本思路,希望能够给供电局的保供电工作提供一点借鉴,从而推动电网的安全运行,更好地满足人们的用电需求。

The power supply bureau is an organization that sells electric energy safely, continuously and stably to many customers through transmission and distribution equipment to meet the needs of its economic construction or domestic electricity consumption, and is closely related to everyone’s life.
