我国的电力体制改革始于2002年,在此轮电力改革中实现了厂网分离和竞价上网。伴随着社会的发展和电力市场形势的不断变化,我国于2015年开启了新一轮的电力体制改革。通过此轮电力改革,我国正在逐步建立完善的电力市场化、优化了电力交易品种,对于电量的直接交易有了明显增加。但是,在电力体制改革中,受到多方面因素的影响,导致改革工作还存在一定的问题亟待解决。本文首先对我国当前的电力市场改革现状进行了分析,随后提出了具有针对性的解决措施,以供参考。

China’s power system reform began in 2002. In this round of power reform, China has realized the separation of factory network and bidding online. With the development of society and the constant changes in the power market situation, China launched a new round of power system reform in 2015. Through this round of power reform, China is gradually establishing a sound power market and optimizing the types of power trading, and the direct transaction of electricity has increased significantly. However, in the reform of the power system, influenced by many factors, there are still certain problems in the reform work that need to be resolved. Based on this, the article first analyzes the current status of China’s power market reform, and then proposes targeted solutions for reference.
