随着电网的不断发展,从一次设备到二次设备,从户外设备到室内设备,到处都有屏柜式电气设备的身影,如环网柜、开关柜、通信屏柜、自动化屏柜等等。而这些屏柜有时由于人员疏忽没有关闭或没锁到位,导致柜门处于常开状态。本文提出一种结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻,安装便捷,成本相对低廉的延时确认智能报警器。可大批量使用在变电站室外开关操作箱、室内直流屏、线路保护装置屏柜,自动化、通信、信息机房等屏柜。延时确认智能报警器工作在常规工作模式或监控工作模式下,各个模块分工协作,在电气柜门打开的情况下,检测工作人员是否在场,如果工作人员不在场,则启动报警装置提醒人员关闭柜门,有效防止柜门未关事情发生。本文从工作原理、常规工作模式、监控工作模式,关键技术模块分析等几个方面对延时确认智能报警器的实现与应用进行详细介绍。

With the continuous development of power grid, from primary equipment to secondary equipment, from outdoor equipment to indoor equipment, there are screen cabinet type electrical equipment everywhere, such as ring cabinet, switch cabinet, communication screen cabinet, automation screen cabinet and so on. And these screen ark did not close because of personnel oversight sometimes or did not lock in position, bring about cupboard door to be in normally open condition. This paper presents a kind of intelligent delay recognition alarm with compact structure, small volume, light weight, convenient installation and relatively low cost. Can be used in large quantities in substation outdoor switch operation box, indoor dc screen, line protection device screen cabinet, automation, communication, information room screen cabinet. Delay to confirm that the intelligent alarm works in the normal working mode or the monitoring working mode, and each module shall cooperate with each other to detect whether the staff is present when the electrical cabinet door is opened. If the staff is not present, start the alarm device to remind the staff to close the cabinet door, effectively preventing the cabinet door from not closing. This paper introduces the implementation and application of the intelligent alarm of delay confirmation from several aspects such as working principle, routine working mode, monitoring working mode and analysis of key technical modules.
