摘要 随着电力系统不断发展,配电网规模进一步扩大,对配电网10kV系统的安全与稳定性要求越来越高。重要用户大都配备10kV备用电源系统,一旦备用电源切换系统不能正确动作,备用电源不能投入,往往会扩大事故,造成经济损失。近些年出现了能够存储核心数据信息的大型数据中心,如银行、网络公司等,对供电系统的可靠要求比一般用户更高,供电结构更加复杂。为了保障重要用户供电的安全及稳定性,基于PLC的备用电源自动投切系统在电力领域迅速发展壮大,采用PLC可编程型装置实现的的备用电源自投优点有很多,如界面友好直观、接线简单、故障率低、检修方便、可以根据运行方式编程等。本文就基于PLC的10kV备用电源自动投切设计进行探讨。 With the continuous development of the power system, the scale of the distribution network is further expanded, and the requirements for the safety and stability of the 10 kV system of the distribution network are getting higher and higher. Most of the important users are equipped with a 10 kV standby power system. Once the backup power switching system fails to operate properly, the backup power supply cannot be put into operation, which often increases the accident and causes economic losses. In recent years, large data centers capable of storing core data information, such as banks and network companies, have emerged, and the reliability requirements for power supply systems are higher than those of ordinary users, and the power supply structure is more complicated. In order to ensure the safety and stability of power supply for important users, the PLC-based standby power automatic switching system has rapidly developed and expanded in the power field. There are many advantages of the standby power supply self-injection realized by PLC programmable devices, such as friendly interface and wiring. Simple, low failure rate, easy to repair, can be programmed according to the operating mode. This paper discusses the automatic switching design of 10 kV standby power supply based on PLC.
