摘要 开封发电分公司#1机组A汽动给水前置泵在运行中出现电流逐渐增大的现象,经排除分析,发现泵壳密封面与端盖密封面损坏导致内部泄漏,从而引起前置泵电机电流增大。对损坏密封面进行加工处理后,投运行电流达到正常。 Kaifeng Power Generation Branch #1 unit A steam feed water front pump has a phenomenon of increasing current during operation. After exclusion analysis, it is found that the sealing surface of the pump casing and the sealing surface of the end cover are damaged, resulting in internal leakage, thus causing frontage. The pump motor current increases, and the operating current is normal after processing the damaged sealing surface.
