摘要 作为反映电厂燃料管理质量与管理水平的重要衡量标准,入厂煤与入炉煤的热值差会直接影响电厂的经济效益。只有规范化、科学化的验收入厂煤质量,严格管理入炉煤质量,才能有效控制入厂煤与入炉煤的热值差,保证电厂工作流程的节能减排,减少电厂内部燃料成本的支出,并提高本厂内部的燃料管理水平。分析了电厂入厂煤与入炉煤产生热值差的原因,结合实际情况提出了控制热值差的具体措施。 As an important measure to reflect the quality and management level of fuel management in power plants, the difference in heat value between the incoming coal and the incoming coal will directly affect the economic benefits of the power plant. Only standardized and scientific inspection of the quality of the factory coal, strict management of the quality of the coal into the furnace, in order to effectively control the difference in the thermal value of the incoming coal and the incoming coal, to ensure energy conservation and emission reduction of the power plant work process, reduce the fuel cost of the internal power plant And improve the fuel management level within the factory.
