摘要
某发电公司机组凝泵组投运以来,减速器多次出现齿轮磨损、甩油板断裂、油温过高的现象,后经改造去除甩油板,改由强制循环油装置向齿轮啮合处供油,本文从传热学、工程力学及材料学角度分析造成减速器故障的原因,经过技术改造,不仅消除了轴承温度高的现象,同时也避免了齿轮磨损现象,保证凝泵组高效稳定运行。
Since the operation of condensate pump unit of a power generation company, gear wear, oil throwing plate fracture, oil temperature is too high. After modification, oil throwing plate is removed and forced circulation oil device is replaced with oil supply to gear meshing. This paper analyses the causes of gear failure from the perspective of heat transfer, engineering mechanics and material science, and after technical transformation, it not only eliminates the problem. The phenomenon of high bearing temperature also avoids gear wear and ensures the efficient and stable operation of condensate pump set.
