摘要
以某热电厂N110/C68-8.83/0.981的机组为例,介绍了数字电液调速系统(DEH调速系统)在汽轮机组应用中的结构特点、工作方式。分析了某热电厂#1机EDH调速系统DDV阀指令与偏差大的原因,并详细介绍了处理措施。目前#1机DEH调速系统运行稳定,保障了机组的安全性和经济性。
Taking n110/c68-8.83/0.981 unit of a power plant as an example, this paper introduces digital electro-hydraulic speed regulation system (Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System) and its structural characteristics and working mode in steam turbine unit. It also analyzes the reasons for the poor stability of Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System of # 1 power plant and introduces the treatment measures in details. At present, the Digital Electro-Hydraulic Control System of plant # 1 is stable, and the safety of the unit is guaranteed.
