摘要
集电环装置是一种接口装置,其主要是由发电机励磁电流由静止部件向转动部件进行输入,这种装置运行质量的优劣直接决定着整个机组以及电网的稳定与安全。文章主要对寺坪水力发电厂2号机组进行了介绍,分析了集电环环面为什么会出现磨损,同时还分析了集电环环面精车的削后的研磨加工以及碳刷的更换调整过程,深入调查其中的原因并且分析解决问题的有效策略,应当对集电环环面进行认真处理,确保其光洁度,同时还需要对碳刷性能进行对比并且及时根据问题进行更换,有效解决了该电厂集电环磨损并且受到严重腐蚀的情况,同时对电厂的运行维护问题进行了有效总结,为其他电厂提供相应的借鉴。
Collector ring device is an interface device, which is mainly input by generator excitation current from static parts to rotating parts. The operation quality of this device directly determines the stability and safety of the whole unit and power grid. This paper mainly introduces Unit 2 of Siping Hydropower Plant, analyses why the torus of collector ring wears and tears, and also analyses the grinding process and the process of carbon brush replacement and adjustment after the precise turning of collector ring, investigates the reasons and analyses the effective strategies to solve the problems, so that the torus of collector ring should be carefully dealt with to ensure its smoothness. At the same time, it is necessary to compare the performance of carbon brushes and replace them in time according to the problems, which effectively solves the wear and serious corrosion of the collector ring in the power plant. At the same time, it effectively summarizes the operation and maintenance of the power plant, and provides corresponding reference for other power plants.
