便携式集抄测试设备运维存在的问题及对策

摘要 随着智能电网的不断发展,低压集抄系统得到了全面普及。近年来,低压集抄系统逐渐发展成为智能化的电能表采集、抄表系统。该系统是通过集中自动抄表,进而达到远程自动抄表的目的。随着用电信息采集系统建设的深入推进,河源源城供电公司低压集抄安装26万户,已达到100%覆盖。集抄运维工作点多面广,集抄故障点复杂多样,运维人员排查难度加大,低压集抄运维体系建设及日常运行维护工作是当前面临最需要解决的难题。因此制定本项目,加快实现低压集抄自主运维,提升运维人员工作效率。本项目研究了低压集抄系统的实用性,并发现其中问题,提出项目意见。此项目针对低压集抄运维工作,研究出便携式集抄测试设备,提升了现场运维人员的工作效率。 With the continuous development of smart grid, low-voltage centralized reading system has been widely used. In recent years, the low-voltage meter reading system has gradually developed into an intelligent meter acquisition and reading system. The system can achieve the goal of remote automatic meter reading by centralized automatic meter reading. With the further development of power information collection system, 260, 000 low-voltage centralized reading units have been installed in Heyuan City Power Supply Company, which has reached 100% coverage. Collecting and copying operation and maintenance work points are various, fault points are complex and diverse, and it is more difficult for operation and maintenance personnel to check. The construction of low-voltage collecting and copying operation and maintenance system and daily operation and maintenance work are the most difficult problems that need to be solved at present. Therefore, this project is formulated to speed up the realization of low-voltage centralized copy independent operation and maintenance, and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel. This project has studied the practicability of the investigation on the operation and maintenance of low-voltage collecting and copying, found out the problems and put forward the opinions of the project. This project aims at low-voltage centralized reading operation and maintenance work, and develops portable centralized reading test equipment, which improves the work efficiency of field operation and maintenance personnel.
