电站锅炉受热面壁温超温问题研究

摘要 在电站锅炉运行过程中,经常会出现受热面超温的情况。如果不能根据实际情况及时进行温度的调整,查找出超温的原因并采取果断有效的措施,用不了多久就会导致锅炉受热面高温蠕变、失效,引发爆管、造成机组“非停”,不仅带来严重的经济损失,而且也给机组安全、稳定运行埋下巨大的“隐患”。本研究主要通过对锅炉受热面超温主要原因进行了简要的分析,针对性地提出了解决受热面超温问题的方案。通过对超温的控制,及早将问题化解于“萌芽状态”,避免事态进一步扩大造成不可挽回的局面。 During the operation of power station boilers, the overheating of the heated surface often occurs. If the temperature cannot be adjusted in time according to the actual situation, find out the cause of over-temperature and take decisive and effective measures. It will take a long time to cause high-temperature creep and failure of the heating surface of the boiler, causing the tube to burst and causing the unit to“ not stop”. Not only bring serious economic losses, but also bury a huge“ hidden danger” for the safe and stable operation of the unit. This study mainly analyzes the main reason for the overheating of the heating surface of the boiler, and proposes a solution to solve the problem of overheating of the heated surface. Through the control of over-temperature, the problem can be resolved in the“ sprouting state” early, and the situation will be further avoided to avoid irreversible situation.
