供电局综合计划管理优化研究

伴随着社会经济的不断发展,在人们的日常生活中电力资源的运用日益广泛,发挥着越来越重要的作用,极大地促进了人们生活质量的提高。电力资源的需求量日益增加,这对供电局提出了更高的要求。供电局通过加强综合计划管理工作,来优化各项工作,最大限度满足人们从事各项活动的用电量显得尤为重要。本文试分析供电局实施综合计划管理的内涵,了解供电局在综合计划管理中的现存问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期推动供电局管理水平的提升。

With the continuous development of social economy, the use of power resources in people’s daily life has become more and more extensive, playing an increasingly important role, greatly promoting the improvement of people’s quality of life. The increasing demand for power resources has placed higher demands on the power supply bureau. It is especially important for the power supply bureau to optimize the work by strengthening the comprehensive plan management work to maximize the electricity consumption of people engaged in various activities. This paper tries to analyze the connotation of the implementation of comprehensive plan management by the power supply bureau, understand the existing problems of the power supply bureau in the comprehensive plan management, and propose corresponding solutions to promote the management level of the power supply bureau.
