新型可智能监控旁路作业设备应用浅谈

摘要 配网不停电作业的快速发展与普及,使得旁路为主的不停电项目有了广泛应用,同时也出现了许多问题和不足。主要表现在设备的智能化水平不高;设备的接入能力不足。本文分析了国内外电缆旁路作业现状中存在的问题及关键性技术,研制可实时监测旁路系统电流、温度、使用频率的旁路快速插拔接头、开关,该装置能通过网络将实时数据传送到移动终端;这样可以提高作业的智能化水平、安全性和作业效率。 The rapid development and popularization of distribution network uninterrupted operation has made the bypass-based non-blackout project widely used, and many problems and deficiencies have emerged. The main performances are as follows: 1. The level of intelligence of the equipment is not high;2. The access capability of the equipment is insufficient. Through the analysis of the problems existing in the current status of cable bypass operations at home and abroad and the analysis of key technologies, this project develops bypass quick-connect connectors and switches that can monitor the current, temperature and frequency of the bypass system in real time;Real-time data transfer to mobile terminals;this increases the level of intelligence, security and productivity of the job.
