便携式站位踏板在高塔组立中的设计和应用

摘要 随着特高压工程以及同塔多回路工程的大量发展,自立式钢管塔已成为输电线路杆塔设计的主流。本文主要根据镇海~舟山500kv线路工程(镇舟线副跨)在组立高塔时经验,针对主材就位和其他操作时无合理站位平台进行了探索,并根据钢管塔结构图纸研制出标准化便携式钢管塔站位踏板(2kg),并已在镇舟线副跨工程中推广使用,安全可靠,现场实施反映极好。 With the development of UHV project and multi-loop project on the same tower, self-supporting steel pipe tower has become the mainstream of transmission line pole and tower design. Based on the experience of Zhenhai-Zhoushan 500 kilovolt transmission line project (Zhenzhou line sub-span) in erecting high tower, this paper explores the lack of reasonable platform for main material positioning and other operations, and according to the structural drawings of steel pipe tower. A standardized portable steel tube tower pedal (2 kg) has been developed. It has been widely used in the auxiliary span project of Zhenzhou Line. It is safe and reliable, and the site implementation is excellent.
