风电场运维管理模式优化探讨

摘要 随着《中华人民共和国可再生能源法》及一系列配套优惠政策的推出,我国风电产业成为了全球的“领头羊”和“晴雨表”。一方面大幅降低了我国的温室气体排放量,为全球应对气候变化做出了突出贡献;另一方面则加速了我国风能开发技术水平,大大降低了风电投资的度电成本,让更多地区的风能实现经济性开发,促使我国走上清洁化能源发展的道路。 With the implementation of Renewable Energy Law of the People’s Republic of China and a series of supporting preferential policies, China’s wind power industry has become the world’s“ leader” and“ barometer”. On the one hand, China’s greenhouse gas emissions have been greatly reduced, which has made outstanding contributions to the global response to climate change;on the other hand, it has accelerated the technological level of wind energy development in China, greatly reduced the electricity cost of wind power investment, enabled more regions to achieve economic development of wind energy, and promoted China to embark on the road of clean energy development.
