本文主要以国网黑龙江省电力有限公司集中采购的工作经验为基础,结合公司配网设备材料的需求特点,首先针对不同类型设备材料进行了分类,结合不同类别物料的特点提出了差异化采购的策略与方法,并从主导决策、库存管理、供应商管理等方面提出具体的措施建议。

Based on the work experience of centralized procurement of State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., combined with the demand characteristics of the distribution equipment materials of State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., the paper first classifies different types of equipment materials, combining different types of materials. The characteristics put forward the strategies and methods of differentiated procurement, and put forward specific measures and suggestions from the aspects of leading decision-making, inventory management and supplier management.
