2018年,国网朝阳供电公司以“共赢+”为主题,打造公营子镇五星级供电所,以点带面全面推进供电所建设。夯实基础管理,一所一诊断一分析开展供电所专项提升、推行三级绩效对标;强化专业协同,划分台区网格责任田,构建蜂巢协同模式,利用微信群沟通;创新培训形式,编制专业口袋书,培养员工一专多能;树典型推经验,建设“三型一化”营业厅,推行供电所“电管家”,实现服务一次到位;推广学习五星级供电所建设经验,树立“优质服务永远在路上”的意识,实现星级供电所服务零投诉。2018年,公营子镇供电所代表省公司迎接国网公司验收,得到了网省公司的一致好评。截止2018年,朝阳公司共晋级五星级供电所2个、四星级供电所36个、全部供电所达到三星标准,星级供电所建设质效得到了全面的提升。
