红外成像技术在变电站电气设备热缺陷的诊断分析

摘要 变电站电气设备在运行过程中,受到自然因素以及人为因素的影响,电气设备会出现短路跳闸停止运行等现象,影响到变电站的正常运转。因此,为了变电站安全、稳定运行,需要对变电站的电气设备进行诊断,及时发现电气设备存在的问题。红外成像技术通过非接触检测电气设备故障,具有安全、快捷、准确等特点,可以快速判断电气设备存在的缺陷,因此近年来广泛应用在电气设备故障诊断工作中。 During the operation of substation electrical equipment, influenced by natural factors and human factors, short-circuit tripping stops operation of electrical equipment, which affects the normal operation of substation. Therefore, in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the substation, it is necessary to diagnose the electrical equipment of the substation and find out the problems existing in the electrical equipment in time. Infrared imaging technology has the characteristics of safety, rapidity and accuracy through non-contact detection of electrical equipment faults. It can quickly judge the defects of electrical equipment. Therefore, it has been widely used in electrical equipment fault diagnosis in recent years.
