自紧式导线绝缘套头

摘要 在更换居民单相电能表过程中,通常采用带电更换的方式,工作人员佩戴棉线手套操作绝缘胶带包裹隔离带电火线,在操作绝缘胶带过程中受作业环境因素影响,存在操作耗时长、操作方式可能造成火线误碰短路接地的问题。针对这种现状,研制一种适用于不同线径的自紧式绝缘套头解决以上问题,具备操作简便、安全的特点。 In the process of replacing the single-phase electric energy meter for residents, the method of electrification is usually adopted. The staff wears cotton gloves to operate the insulating tape to wrap the isolated live hot wire. In the process of operating the insulating tape, it is affected by the working environment factors, and the operation takes a long time and the operation mode. It may cause the fire line to accidentally touch the short circuit ground. Aiming at this situation, a self-tightening insulating sleeve suitable for different wire diameters is developed to solve the above problems, and has the characteristics of simple operation and safety.
