A New Dual Innovation System in New Economy Environment——The Contradiction and Unity of Technology Innovation and Business Model Innovation

中国迅猛发展的新经济为企业组织带来市场机遇的同时,也对其创新管理提出了挑战。通过提取新经济环境特征,明确新经济环境对企业创新的影响,归纳新经济组织的创新特质,将重点引向技术创新与商业模式创新融合。然后,探索技术创新与商业模式创新的矛盾统一关系,系统提出一种新型二元创新体系,对体系的内涵、外延与维度等进行剖析,由此建构新型二元创新体系框架模型。最后,结合案例,建构新型二元创新体系实施路径,总结其实现模式。

The booming new economy in China provides many opportunities for Chinese enterprises,and also provides lots of challenges for their innovation management. The paper analyzes the impacts of new economy environment on organizational innovation and summarizes the innovation characters of new economic organization based on the consideration of the characters of new economy. Through that it emphasizes the importance of the integration of technology innovation and business model innovation,and then explores their relationships from the perspectives of contradiction and unity. A new dual innovation system is therefore proposed by us,and its connotation,extension and dimensions are discussed. Finally,it builds a framework for this system,and analyzes its approaches and realization models based on case study.
