“供给侧改革”视域下新疆雪上休闲体育的供给现状

Current Situation of Leisure Sports Supply in Xinjiang from Perspective of “Supply-side Reform”

文章从"供给侧改革"视角剖析新疆雪上休闲体育供给现状,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实地考察法等研究方法。研究结果发现:1)供给的硬件条件问题主要是各大滑雪场分布比较散,交通不便,安全设施防护措施细节不足。2)供给的软件管理问题主要是企业组织管理粗放、管理理念滞后;企业对雪上休闲体育项目开发创新不够,社会化水平较低,没有打造出较成熟的民族雪上体育文化品牌;高校冰雪体育专业技术型、复合管理型、应用型等人才培养处于断崖式状态,雪上人力资源供给严重短缺。

From the perspective of "Supply-side Reform", this paper analyses the current situation of winter leisure sports supply in Xinjiang, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and field investigation. The results show that the main problems of hardware supply are scattered distribution of major ski resorts, inconvenient traffic and insufficient details of safety protection measures. Moreover, the main problems of supplying software management are extensive organization and management of enterprises and lagging management concept. Enterprises are not innovative enough in the development of winter leisure sports, and the level of socialization is low. They have not created a more mature brand of national winter sports culture. The cultivation of winter sports professionals in colleges and universities is in a cliff-like state, and there is a serious shortage of human resources as well.
