大型水平井压裂可视化投球装置控制系统开发及应用

摘要 针对大型水平井分段压裂施工中手工投球作业存在人身安全隐患问题及投球不到位等问题,开发了可视化投球装置控制系统。介绍了投球装置概况、控制系统的软件开发、系统通信及现场应用情况。控制系统具有投球作业全流程监视、自动投球作业、故障诊断自动解除等功能。可视化投球控制系统具有运行稳定、安全可靠、操作简便等特点,降低了人工成本,为大型水平井压裂成功提供了可靠保障。 According to the hidden danger of personal safety and the inefficiency of throwing balls in the manual casting operation of large horizontal wells, a visual control system for ball throwing device is developed. This paper introduces the general situation of the throwing device, the software development of the control system, the system communication and the application in the field. The control system has the functions of full flow monitoring, automatic throwing operation, automatic fault diagnosis and so on. The visual ball control system has stable operation, safety and reliability, simple operation and reduced labor cost. It provides reliable guarantee for the success of large horizontal well fracturing.
