摘要
聚羧酸系减水剂是继木质素为代表的普通减水剂和萘系高性能减水剂之后发展起来的第三代高性能混凝土减水剂,具有优异的减水性能和坍落度保持能力。而醚型聚羧酸减水剂属于第二代聚羧酸减水剂,是以烯丙基醚类大单体作为主要原料的一种聚羧酸类共聚物。本文从技术角度重点详细介绍烯丙基醚类聚羧酸系减水剂的发展概况,包括聚合工艺、分子组成同减水剂性能之间关系,并对该领域重要申请人的研发技术进行了分析。
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the third generation of high-performance superplasticizer developed after lignin-type and naphthalene-type ones. The ether-type polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a kind of copolymer with allyl ether as the macromonoer. In this paper, we introduced the development of ether-type polycarboxylate superplasticizer from the technical point, including the relationship between polymerization process, molecular composition and the properties of superplasticizer.
