摘要
针对粮食散体物料力学物理特性研究,研制开发一种多功能实验平台。结合食品机械课程实验教学改革,探索科研与教学融合,改革实验教学内容与方法。运用实验平台开发粮食散体物料压缩、剪切和渗流三项研究创新型实验教学项目,采取课程实验教学、大学生课外兴趣科研和毕业论文多种方式组织实施研究创新型实验。改革实践表明,研究创新型实验教学有效激发了学生学习主动性与创新意识。
A multi-function experimental platform for the research on the mechanical-physical properties of grain granular materials is developed. In combination with the reform on the experimental teaching in food machinery, the integration of scientific research and teaching is studied, and the content of courses and the teaching methods are reformed. Research innovation experiment on compress, shearing and seepage of grain granular materials is developed based on the experimental platform. With experimental course teaching, college students extracurricular research and their graduation thesis, innovative research experiment is carried out. The study indicates that the reform of research innovative experimental teaching effectively stimulates students learning initiative and sense of innovation.
