摘要 具有内蒙古自主知识产权的"2014版降水自记纸自动识别系统"是一个集迹线提取、质量控制、数据集生成于一体的综合性降水自记纸识别系统软件。该软件的核心技术是方向滤波降水曲线跟踪算法和数据质量控制条件,软件的结构和操作流程简便。结合作者近年来历史气象资料数字化的实际工作经验,总结提取降水自记纸过程中常见的问题和解决方法。内蒙古气象信息中心通过对降水自记纸有效处理,建立了113个气象站自建站至自动气象站运行前一年的标准的、高质量的小时和分钟降水数据集,这些数字化成果为气象资料的基础数据产品提供支撑,为制定暴雨强度公式的研究提供科学依据。 The automatic identification system of 2014edition precipitation self-recording paper with the independent property rights of Inner Mongolia,which integrates trace extraction,quality control and data set generation,is a comprehensive precipitation self-recording paper recognition system software.The core technology of the software is tracking algorithm of directional filtering precipitation curve and control condition of data quality.The structure and operation process of the software are simple.Based on the practical experience in digitalization of historical meteorological data in recent years,we summarize the common problems and solutions in the process of extracting precipitation self-recording papers.Through the effective treatment of precipitation self-recording papers,we set up a standard,high quality hour and minute precipitation dataset for the 113meteorological stations in Inner Mongolia from the year of construction to a year before the automatic station running.These digital results provide support for basic data products of meteorological data,They provide scientific basis for formulating the formula of rainstorm intensity.
