实施网络实践教学成为新时代高校思想政治理论课教学改革和创新的新尝试。根据高校思想政治理论课的一般规律和基本特点,在实践教学中引入网络实践教学法,需要通过对高校思想政治理论课网络实践教学的"理念与目标体系""内容与方法体系""条件与保障体系""监控与评价体系"等方面的研究,构建一套科学化、规范化和立体化的思想政治理论课网络实践教学体系,以便探索具有普遍指导性和可操作性的新时代高校思想政治理论课实践教学的创新之路。

The implementation of network-based practice teaching has become a new attempt to reform and innovate the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities in the new era. According to the general rules and basic characteristics of the courses in universities, to introduce network-based practice teaching method into practical teaching needs to construct a scientific, standardized and three-dimensional network practice teaching system for ideological and political theory courses through the research on the "idea and target system","content and method system","condition and guarantee system" and "monitoring and evaluation system" of the network practice teaching of those courses in colleges and universities, so as to explore the innovative way of practical teaching of ideoloqical and political theory courses with universal guidance and operability in colleges and universities in the new era.
