近十年工匠精神研究状况及趋向分析

A Study on the Spirit of Craftsmen in Recent Ten Years and Its Trend Analysis

当前我国正处于制造业大国向制造业强国迈进的关键阶段,国家提出传统制造业升级的战略规划,这一规划的实现不仅需要制造技术的升级,更需要工匠精神的培育。文章运用文献计量法,以2007—2017年CSSCI期刊收录的与工匠精神研究相关的学术论文为研究对象,从论文的年代分布、来源期刊、研究层次、研究学科和研究热点五个方面进行统计分析。数据表明:有关工匠精神研究的发文量呈缓慢上升趋势,2015年出现急剧增加;刊发平台以出版和思想教育期刊为主;研究层次逐渐深化;研究学科逐渐凝练;研究热点逐渐突出,形成工匠精神的基本内涵、发展路径、特定研究对象以及国外工匠精神发展对我国的启示借鉴等研究热点。在基本理论不断完善的同时,工匠精神的研究方向转向实证和应用研究,以更好地为我国制造业升级服务。

At present, our country is in the key stage in the manufacturing power of the manufacturing country, not only requires the upgrading of the manufacturing technology, but also needs the cultivation of the artisan spirit .This paper applies bibliometrics to the academic papers related to the study of craftsmen′s spiritual problems collected in the CSSCI journals from 2007 to 2017, and from the age distribution of the papers, the source journals, the research levels, research subject and research hotspot five aspects. The data show that the amount of papers on the study of craftsmen′s spiritual problems is rising slowly, and in 2015, it appears a sharp increase;the publishing platform is mainly published and ideological education periodicals;the research level is gradually deepened;the research discipline is gradually condensed;Gradually forming some research hotspots,containing the basic connotation of craftsman′s spirit, the development path, the specific research object and the enlightenment and reference of the development of the spirit of craftsman from abroad. With the improvement of the basic theory, the research direction of craftsman′s spirit turns to empirical and applied research in order to better serve the upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.
